Principal Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional (OLM) – Atlanta, GA Principal Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional (OLM) positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Work closely with cross‑function teams including sales, R&D, product development, and related stakeholders to design enhancements and improvements to Manhattan Systems based on client requirements. Assist in mapping system integrations, establish professional client relationships, and drive client satisfaction and referencability. Train clients on system configurations and capabilities, and manage the quantification of metrics for success at go‑live and thereafter. Identify critical business, technical, and operational issues and drive them to closure. Manage the technical aspects of enterprise‑level software implementations with the assistance of project technical resources. Contribute to the continuous development of Manhattan Associates’ software implementation methodology. Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains and prioritizes issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate. Train junior consultants on Manhattan Associations system integrations and installation. Up to 50% travel is required. Minimum Requirements Four‑year bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering, business, or a related technical field. 4 years of post‑bachelor’s experience in a software‑related technical field, including deploying software and troubleshooting SQL databases. Alternatively, a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) with 2 years of the required experience, or 3 years of academic study toward a bachelor's, or a 3‑year baccalaureate with 5 years of the required experience. Two years of experience in a client or customer‑facing role within supply chain, retail store systems, customer service solutions, or point‑of‑commerce solutions, or a software organization.
