Ideal Candidate:

• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Eager to learn about digital advertising
• Comfortable in high energy environment
• Detail-oriented
• Motivated with strong work ethic and determination
• Customer service experience
• Comfortable on the phone
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Previous experience in b2b sales is a plus
• Proficient in email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, internet navigation, and using phone and chat tools effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage warm, pre-qualified B2B leads —  no cold prospecting required!
• Uncover client pain points through sharp discovery questions
• Position powerful digital solutions that drive measurable business results
• Set high-quality appointments or close deals directly (based on experience level)
• Leverage cutting-edge technology and AI-driven sales scripts
• Work alongside seasoned closers and receive coaching from top producers
• Learn the art and science of digital advertising to sharpen your edge
• Collaborate in a sales culture that rewards speed, precision, and performance
• Engage with businesses to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Use a well-crafted script and advanced technology to introduce services to potential clients.
• Conduct thorough online business assessments to identify prospects who can benefit from digital marketing solutions.
• Ask insightful questions to understand client needs and effectively demonstrate how our products and services can fulfill those needs.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives.
• Collaborate efficiently within a team to achieve collective sales targets.
• Continuously enhance your sales expertise and digital marketing knowledge to remain competitive in the market.

• You close deals — and have the track record to prove it
• You're  fearless on the phone , crisp in communication, and thrive under pressure
• You're hungry, coachable, and  refuse to settle for average
• You bring 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, SaaS, or digital preferred)
• Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment is a major plus
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable
• You want a  career , not just a job — and you're ready to grow

Compensation and Perks:

• $20/hr base rate to start+ uncapped bi-monthly bonus!
