Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate MRI machines to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  
  
• 
  Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfort.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols and maintain proper radiation and exposure standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate diagnoses.
  
  
• 
  Keep detailed records of procedures, ensuring proper documentation in the EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Maintain MRI equipment and report any technical issues promptly.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess ARRT MR certification and BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 1 year of recent MRI experience in a clinical setting.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR or similar electronic record systems.
  
  
• 
  Ability to float to other units or campuses as needed, with relevant competencies documented.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work flexible hours, including day shifts.
  
  
• 
  Possess current licensure and certification required for MRI technologists.
