School-Based Behavioral Health Supervisor (LICSW / LPC) Lead Clinicians. Support Schools. Make a Lasting Impact. At Paving the Way MSI, you will do more than supervise clinicians—you will help shape the future of behavioral health services within schools while mentoring and developing the next generation of mental health professionals. As a School-Based Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will oversee a team of clinicians embedded within school communities throughout Washington, DC. You will serve as a leader, mentor, coach, and advocate, ensuring students receive high-quality behavioral health services while supporting clinicians in their professional growth. Many of the youth and families we serve experience trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, grief, family conflict, and other barriers that impact their success both inside and outside of the classroom. In this role, you will help ensure that students receive compassionate, effective, and culturally responsive care while building strong partnerships with schools, families, and community stakeholders.
