What You Will Do
- Generate and process customer invoices, credits and adjusting invoices to co-term subscriptions
- Review new and existing contracts to determine invoicing needs as well as ensuring contracts meet company policy
- Work independently with sales personnel, including management, to discuss inconsistencies and other issues with new deals
- Will work closely with Renewals Team on all renewal invoicing, churns, as well with unwind and rebill inquiries.
- Assist internal and external customers regarding billing inquiries timely and accurately within Salesforce (cases), and Google Chat
- Assist with month-end/year-end closing, as well as audits and other ad-hoc accounting projects as needed
- Work with the billing manager and revenue accounting manager to identify risks and establish better internal processes.
Who You Are
What You Have
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a SaaS Billing role (Strongly preferred)
- Experience managing a large book of business with high volume of billables.
- Preferred working knowledge of:
- Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Salesforce (SF Billing is a plus), NetSuite, Gmail, Adobe, Avalara
- General understanding of Accounts Receivable procedures
- Strong background with online software (SaaS) products and services.
