As a Product Analyst at HealthWorksAI, you will play a vital role in engaging with Senior Managers and Directors from global healthcare companies in the US. Your responsibilities will revolve around understanding complex business models, creating end-to-end data pipelines, automating reporting processes, and managing high-impact projects that deliver real bottom-line results. This Product Analyst role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior healthcare decision-makers translating raw data into strategic intelligence that drives benefit design, network planning, and competitive positioning for Medicare Advantage payers. Product Analyst Job Responsibilities Client engagement and business analysis: Engage directly with Senior Managers and Directors from global healthcare companies in the US understanding business models, briefs, and available information to frame the right analytical approach. Data pipeline development and automation: Develop fully fabricated end-to-end data pipelines for reporting purposes and automate the reporting process for clients to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. High-impact project management: Manage high-impact projects with the potential for bottom-line results collaborating with the Delivery Manager to identify and apply the most suitable analytical techniques for each business brief. Statistical modelling and result presentation: Collaborate with the data science team to create models and present results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across healthcare organizations. Ad hoc agility: Flex your analytical skills to tackle new challenges as they arise mastering new healthcare domains and datasets on the fly with speed and precision. What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Python, Tableau, SQL, and MS Excel. A graduate from IIT, NIT, or BITS Pilani. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex healthcare business situations and provide data-backed analysis. Ability to deliver informative, well-organized presentations to senior decision-makers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with the US healthcare insurance domain and Medicare Advantage ecosystem is a strong plus.
