Scale House Clerk
We are looking for a Scale House Clerk to join our Rupert, ID location. As a Scale House Clerk with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will weigh trucks, process purchase orders, answer phone inquiries, and provide customer service. You will work closely with field and office teams, drivers, vendors, and clients.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Weigh trucks, issue tickets, manage traffic flow, and support efficient dispatching.
- Complete administrative tasks such as purchase orders, payables, fuel tracking, deposits, and routine reports.
- Compile month-end closing data, conduct margin and cost analyses, and reconcile timecards for plant personnel.
- Greet visitors, answer calls, provide safety training, and maintain office and plant inventory.
About You
We Require:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1year of industrial, shipping, or manufacturing experience.
- Good organizational and math skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
