Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead High-Quality Installations : Oversee and execute precise installations of fence and rail systems, ensuring all work meets our high standards for functionality and aesthetics.
• Drive Warranty Service Excellence : Take charge of warranty services, diagnosing and solving issues promptly while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
• Manage a Robust Warehouse Space : Organize and maintain a functional warehouse space for the products that you're providing for your crews.
• Provide Technical Leadership : Be the go-to expert for installation and warranty inquiries, offering guidance to both clients and team members.
• Ensure Quality Control : Inspect completed work to verify it aligns with our company standards, resolving any issues as needed.
• Collaborate for Success : Work closely with other departments to streamline processes, improve communication, and ensure timely project completion.
• Prioritize Safety : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installation, warehousing, and/or inventory. Previous experience in a warranty service or leadership role is a big plus!
• Technical Expertise : Strong computer skills that will allow you to maintain our inventory with the material that you're bringing in and issuing out.
• Problem-Solving Ability : You’re detail-oriented and excel at diagnosing issues and implementing solutions quickly and effectively.
• Customer-Focused Approach : Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Organized & Efficient : You have the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, focusing on quality and timeliness.
