Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner Location: Preston Salary: Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) About Us A well-established legal 500 firm with a growing Residential Conveyancing department is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its team. Due to increasing demand and a consistent flow of new instructions, including referral-based work and general residential property matters, the firm is expanding its conveyancing department. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding Residential Conveyancing team. You will work alongside two qualified Fee Earners and a wider support team of Paralegals, managing your own caseload while providing supervision and support across the department. The role offers the opportunity to take over an existing caseload and play a key role in helping the team meet growing client demand. Key Responsibilities Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Progress existing and live files efficiently and proactively Supervise conveyancing files and provide oversight where required Support two qualified Fee Earners with day-to-day case management and file progression Handle a varied caseload including referral-based instructions and general residential property transactions Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure excellent client service Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department What we are looking for Strong Residential Conveyancing experience, ideally with 5+ years in a fee-earning capacity Qualification as a Solicitor preferred (approximately 5 years PQE), although experienced non-qualified Conveyancers will also be considered The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision Experience supervising files and supporting colleagues within a conveyancing team A collaborative and team-focused approach Confidence handling a varied mix of residential property matters What's on Offer?
