Genesis Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will manage insurance verification, claims processing, and patient communication to ensure a seamless financial experience for our patients and support the smooth operation of our busy office.

Pay

$18~$22 per hour

Requirements

Dentrix

Experience working with dental insurance plans (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix is a plus

Job Description

Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits accurately
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Educate patients about their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
Maintain detailed and organized patient insurance records
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claim discrepancies
Support front desk operations and collaborate seamlessly with the dental team

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
