Responsibilities

• Engage customers at retail locations and initiate conversations
• Build genuine rapport by asking insightful questions
• Recommend AT&T products tailored to customer needs
• Close sales effectively and efficiently
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Use mobile sales applications for product information and transactions
• Participate actively in training to improve sales skills
• Track performance metrics and strive to exceed targets
• Travel daily between office and retail store location
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

• 18+, authorized to work in the US required
• Reliable transportation and availability for flexible hours, including weekends
