We are looking for motivated and results driven Inside Sales Specialists to join our growing team. 

The Outside Sales Associate will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients in the field. This role focuses on selling industrial cleaning supplies and solutions to commercial and industrial customers across sectors such as ready-mix concrete, oil field, automotive, and general industries. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, hands-on professional with excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting on-site visits, performing product demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment. Your ability to build trust and deliver solutions will directly support the companies mission to provide high-performance, environmentally conscious cleaning products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow sales within a defined territory by targeting new and existing accounts
• Conduct on-site customer visits, product demonstrations, and consultations
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions from Ankem's full product line
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and customer information in our CRM
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
