Position Overview Position title: HS Assistant, Associate or Clinical Professor Salary range: $250,000-$325,000. This position includes membership in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan, which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. Position Description The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applications for a Health Sciences Assistant, Associate or Full Clinical Professor in the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS). This position may cover a limited combination of outpatient sites (Burbank, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Westwood, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, and future UCLA sites) and inpatient/surgical sites (Ronald Reagan, Santa Monica, West Valley-UCLA, Providence St. Joe's, Los Robles, ambulatory surgical centers, and future UCLA sites). Applicants must possess an M.D. degree or equivalent and be board certified or board eligible in the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and in the subspecialty of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. Successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited URPS Fellowship with a track record of academic excellence and research or creative activity is required. Candidates should have experience in the evaluation and management of pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, urogenital fistulae, mesh complications, pelvic pain syndromes, obstructed defecation, and fecal incontinence. The successful candidate will contribute to the clinical care of complex URPS patients, education of trainees, and active participation in the Division's research mission.
