Must-Have Skills:

2-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
Strong understanding of business processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology solutions.
