Position Details Training Analyst (Analyst II) – one position, hybrid telework, full‑time, 12‑month limited term (may be extended to 24 months or become permanent). Salary range: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 A. Location: Sacramento County. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Training Manager, supervise a weekly processing of training expenditure requests and invoices to facilitate the department’s training objectives. Serve as a lead analyst in scheduling departmental staff for trainings, and work with vendors and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) database. Serve as a backup to other analysts within the Departmental Training Unit. Qualifications • Experience working with vendors and managing a learning management system or other electronic databases. • Knowledge of adult learning techniques and training design. • Ability to process training expenditure requests, invoices, and schedule trainings efficiently.
