Founding Product Lead

Neuromorphic Labs is a Seed stage AI Startup, backed by top-tier VCs. We are looking for a Founding Product Lead to help refine and launch a compelling MVP, turning ambitious ideas into detailed requirements, intuitive experiences and shipped product. This is not a conventional Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who can move fluidly between product definition, detailed execution, project management, product design, and hands-on prototyping. You will be accountable not just for defining what we build, but for helping drive it all the way to a great customer experience. What We’re Building Our mission is to enable every organization to own its AI future. As intelligence becomes something companies build, own, and continuously improve, models, data, agents, and AI systems are becoming a new strategic moat. But production AI is still too fragmented, complex, and difficult to trust. We are building the trust layer for production AI, a foundational platform that makes security, governance, and control intrinsic to every model, artifact, and deployment, so organizations can move faster and scale AI with confidence. Why This Role is Different You are helping build the product, not managing a roadmap someone else created. As our Founding Product Lead, you will take the core vision for the platform and turn it into the requirements, workflows, interfaces, prototypes, and execution plan that define our MVP. You will operate across product, project management, design, and prototyping, moving between high-level product decisions and the details required to ship an exceptional customer experience. The equity is real. The pace of progress in AI has created a once-in-a-lifetime window, and where you spend the next few years matters more than it ever has. You can spend them managing a small piece of someone else’s product roadmap, or you can help build a new product and category from the ground up and have meaningful ownership in what you create. You will work directly with a founder who has built and scaled products at this level before. Our CEO has nearly two decades of experience building and scaling AI infrastructure businesses. He scaled a business from about $100M into a multi-billion-dollar segment at a leading cloud provider, and served as Chief Product Officer of a company he helped take public, now valued at over $50B. He leads by example, stays hands-on, and cares deeply about building products customers love. The timing is now. Enterprise AI is moving from experimentation into production, and the infrastructure layer underneath it is being defined today. The product decisions we make now will help determine how organizations build, secure, and operate some of their most valuable AI assets. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a highly technical, execution-oriented product leader who combines strong product judgment with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make ideas real. 7+ years of experience building and shipping technical products, ideally across AI/ML, infrastructure, cloud, security, developer platforms, or enterprise software. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences. Excellent execution and project management skills, with a track record of driving ambiguous work from definition through launch. Strong product design instincts and a keen eye for UI/UX. Comfortable building prototypes and demos using modern development and AI-assisted tools. Strong technical fluency and the ability to work deeply with engineers and architects. Strong cross-functional instincts, especially with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Excellent at creating customer-facing content, including presentations, demos, blogs, product narratives, and launch materials. High ownership and bias for action in 0-to-1 environments. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work directly with customers and drive decisions across a small team. Strong Pluses Experience taking a deeply technical product from concept or early prototype through MVP and initial customer adoption. Experience with AI infrastructure, developer platforms, security, cloud infrastructure, or other systems-oriented products. Experience designing products used by developers, ML engineers, infrastructure teams, or other highly technical users. Strong proficiency with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, or equivalent. Experience working directly with design partners or early customers to shape a 0-to-1 product. Prior startup or early-stage experience, or a big-company background and strong conviction that it is time for something different. What We Offer Founding-team equity with meaningful upside.
