Broomall, PA: Middle or High School Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists who enjoy working with secondary-aged students! Soliant has partnered with a school district in the area of Broomall, PA, and is seeking candidates to cover either a Middle or High School caseload. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders Pennsylvania SLP license Education certificate (from the Pennsylvania Department of Education) is highly remended Caseload Information Applicants will be assigned a caseload of either Middle (6th to 8th) or High School (9th to 12th) students Caseload include both Speech-only students, and students with ASD or who are needing life skills support. Responsibilities Evaluate new referrals on their munication abilities and determine student eligibility for speech services Develop Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals, and make remendations for speech services Re-evaluate students on a periodic basis, and updating IEP goals if needed Conductmeetings and pletereports as part of the referral or dismissal process for speech students Documentservices service logs, treatment notes, and track student progress with a mix of observations or testing data Qualifications Excellent munication skills Good organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a manner consistent with department guidelines Flexibility and the ability to foster a collegial work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
