Order Desk Admin

$24 per hour
Are you an organized and customer-focused professional looking for an administrative role that touches all aspects of a business? We're recruiting for an Order Desk Administrator on behalf of our client, a company with a compelling mission and values, to support their sales and daily office operations.

  • This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.

salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to facilitate all functions of the sales process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Products, our Mission, our Values and Beliefs to provide optimal customer service.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in an effective and professional manner to address inquiries, provide information, and facilitate workflow.
  • Monitor, maintain and document compliance processes, requirements and initiatives.
  • Review and assess documents to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Maintain clear understanding of inputs, outputs and objectives.
  • Take ownership of general office functions to maintain the productivity and efficiency of daily operations.
  • Serve as backup for interrelated administrative functions.
  • Participate in training related to products, processes, procedures and administrative initiatives.
  • Cultivate and drive customer service initiatives.
  • Engage in various groups, teams and committees to develop, assess and improve administrative functions.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance and management of administrative processes and procedures.
