What You Will Do: Providing direct care services and supervision to client populations. Providing counseling to individuals served as appropriate for their experience level. Overseeing activities to ensure conformance with program policies. Completing specialized training in de-escalation techniques and the use of physical restraint. Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR. The New View program at BHN serves female-identifying individuals who have been civilly committed through the Section 35 court proceeding to a designated substance use disorder treatment facility. The program offers acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS). Who You Are: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required). Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credentials (preferred). Valid Driver's License (required). Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance with 540 CMR 4.00 (required). We Hire for HEART! Available Schedules: Full Time: Wednesday-Saturday, 3:00pm-11:30pm Part Time: Sunday, Monday, & Saturday, 7:00am-3:30pm Pay Rate/Range: $21/hr + applicable shift differentials for 2 nd , 3 rd , and weekend shifts Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma/GED or better.
