Job Description Job Description Chiropractic Office in Arlington, VA is looking to find a Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Chiropractic Assistant. part-time/full-time position. Scrubs will be provided.
The ideal candidates must have an upbeat personality and be great with people. Must also be organized, and have the ability to multitask. (We are fast-paced and need someone quick on their feet).
Duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting & Checking-in patients. Assisting chiropractor with non invasive techniques, applying electric stimulation, hot/cold packs, or ultrasound procedures. Prepping/cleaning exam rooms prior to each appointment.
Front-Desk: Answering phone calls, scheduling and managing appointments, managing new patient registration forms, entering data in EHR, collecting co-pays, scanning, filing, faxing, mailing and light office cleaning.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays: 9:30am to 1:00pm and 2:30pm to 7:00pm
Tuesday & Friday 9:30am to 1:00pm
REQUIREMENTS:
-MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
-Must be Computer Savvy
-Education: High School or Equivalent
