This position is ideal for someone with experience in a chiropractic or medical office setting, who enjoys providing excellent patient care and managing the daily flow of the front desk.While this role is primarily focused on clerical and patient support duties, marketing experience is a plus. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and want to be part of a team that helps patients achieve better health, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Clerical Duties (Primary Focus)Greet patients and manage efficient check-in/check-out processesAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flowCollect payments and maintain accurate financial transactionsMaintain patient charts, records, and documentation with accuracySupport chiropractor with patient assessments and therapies as neededProvide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming clinic environmentClinical Support (Secondary/As Needed)Set up and monitor patients on decompression therapy equipmentAssist with Softwave, Shockwave, and other therapeutic modalities (training provided)Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and office policiesConduct patient follow-up communications when necessaryMarketing & Office Support (Tertiary/As Needed)Assist with social media, patient testimonials, and online reviews (optional)Support community events and outreach efforts when availableHelp maintain practice reputation and patient engagementWhat Were Looking ForRequired QualificationsPrevious front desk or patient coordinator experience in a chiropractic or medical officeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional, friendly, and welcoming demeanorProficiency with computers, scheduling software, and multi-line phone systemsDependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with chiropractic terminology, therapies, or billingFamiliarity with ECLIPSE or CHIROSPRINGS systems and patient scheduling platformsComfort assisting with therapeutic modalities (training provided)Marketing, social media, or community outreach experience (a plus, but not required)What We OfferCompetitive hourly wage: $16$20/hourMedical, Vision, Dental, RetirementFlexible scheduling optionsPaid training in therapies and office systemsEmployee discounts on servicesSupportive, team-oriented environmentOpportunities for professional growth within the practiceJoin Our TeamIf you have front desk chiropractic experience and are passionate about providing outstanding patient care, we want to meet you!
