Who We’re Looking For:

• Valid Vermont Professional Educator License with at least one of the following:
  • Special Educator Endorsement
  • Special Education Consulting Teacher Endorsement
  • Intensive Special Education Teacher Endorsement
• Experience supporting students with autism, executive function challenges, and/or severe behaviors (for high school roles)
• Background teaching elementary-level students with learning disabilities and/or high-functioning autism (for elementary roles)
• Creative problem-solving, open-mindedness, and adaptability
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting (recent clearance from another school accepted)
• Flexible, team-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with co-teachers, PTs/OTs, and support staff
• Participate in new pilot program initiatives (HS)
• Equip students with essential life and employment skills
• Document progress, communicate with families, and help shape program development
