Assistant Dining Room Manager

Overview La Vida Llena, Albuquerque’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Assistant Dining Room Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in dining room management or equivalent roles to help lead our front-of-house team in our fine-dining restaurant, upscale casual Bistro, and/or catering program. We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality Albuquerque has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible restaurant experience. The successful candidate will find great satisfaction in making people happy through hospitality, relationship building, and in helping others develop their potential through strong, effective leadership. Compensation: $37,200 - $52,000 / annually DOE Benefits We offer a morale-driven and friendly work environment (we want you to enjoy coming to work each day), competitive wages, and other fantastic benefits : We pay 90% of your Medical premiums! PPO or HDHP/HSA plans available Dental and Vision insurance also available 10k of Life/AD&D insurance, 100% paid by us! Employee Assistance Program - 6 free sessions annually 160 hours of PTO annually PLUS 7 paid holidays $3500 annually for education assistance (after 1 year of service) Reimbursement for gym membership/physical activities (up to $240 annually) Public Transportation/bus pass reimbursement (up to $240 annually) A valid Food Handlers card is required and a ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.
