Porter-Starke Services in Valparaiso, IN seeks a Mobile Crisis Case Manager to provide in-person crisis assessment, intervention and stabilization in home and community settings. Positions support both children and adults and include collaborations with hospital ERs, facilities and community partners. This role emphasizes trauma-informed care and prompt referrals to higher levels of care.
