Membership Specialist
The Membership Specialist is the primary growth driver for our community. You are responsible for sharing the UFC GYM mission, building relationships with prospective members, and helping them start their fitness journey through effective sales, outreach, and high-energy service.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Community Outreach: Lead generation, appointment setting, the fitness tour, closing.
Member Experience & Engagement: First impressions, member integration, brand ambassador.
Operations & Teamwork: Collaboration, data integrity, club standards.
Qualifications: Experience: strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred. Skills: excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people. Technical: basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software. Traits: a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
