Assistant Project ManagerUnited Talent Staffing is seeking an organized and detailed Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects in the Smock, PA area. This position will assist the Project Manager with scheduling, purchasing, documentation, material coordination, and general project organization. Candidates should have general commercial construction knowledge and strong computer and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager with daily project coordination and administrative tasks.Maintain and update VIN, equipment, and project tracking logs.Create, track, and organize purchase orders (POs).Order construction materials, equipment, and supplies.Coordinate and track material deliveries with vendors and field personnel.Assist with project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and upcoming deadlines.Maintain organized project files, spreadsheets, invoices, and documentation.Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.Assist with tracking project costs, change orders, RFIs, and other project information.Prepare project updates, reports, and meeting notes as needed.Provide additional project and administrative support to the Project Manager.QualificationsGeneral knowledge or previous experience in commercial construction preferred.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with purchase orders, material ordering, scheduling, or construction documentation is preferred.Familiarity with construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, or change orders is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceWeekly payMedical benefits availableUnlimited referral bonus programLong-term employment potential
