United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a manufacturing company in Smock, PA. This person will support the entire office with customer communication, accurate data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needs arise.

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: MondayFriday, with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time hours may be considered

Responsibilities:

• Maintain spreadsheets and enter information accurately.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers professionally.
• Prepare, print, copy, and organize office documents.
• Help team members with general administrative tasks and changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of prior office administration or data entry experience required.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word daily.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear, professional emails and communicate courteously by phone.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
