Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans in an outpatient setting
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week of clinical productivity
• Carry and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of West Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid state or federal issued photo ID required on-site at all times
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a supervised clinical structure
