SPA CONCIERGE

Bella Santé is seeking a polished and service-driven Spa Concierge to join our team. At Bella Santé, the front desk sets the tone for the entire guest experience. We are looking for someone who communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

Position Summary

The Spa Concierge is responsible for managing the front desk experience, ensuring every guest interaction is smooth, professional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage bookings with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide clear information on services, products, and offerings
Maintain front desk organization and presentation
Support team communication and daily operational flow
