Loan ProcessorWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Processor to join our lending operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with residential investment lending, particularly Fix-and-Flip and DSCR loan programs. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of loans from submission to closing, supporting investors and borrowers with a seamless and responsive experience.Loan Intake & Initial ReviewReview and validate loan applications and required documentation (credit, income, entity docs, purchase contracts, etc.)Ensure completeness and accuracy prior to submission to underwritingSet up files in LOS (Loan Origination System) and maintain all documentation in compliance with internal and regulatory standardsBorrower Communication & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for borrowers, brokers, and the sales team throughout the processing cycleClearly communicate outstanding document needs, next steps, and timelinesCoordination & Pipeline ManagementCoordinate with third parties, including title companies, inspections, insurance agents, and closing agents.Monitor and manage a pipeline of active loans to ensure all files are progressing toward timely closingsFollow up with internal underwriting and credit teams for file decisions and escalations as neededVerify compliance with loan program guidelines, investor overlays, and risk tolerances
