Sales Associate Responsibilities: Help customers discover the RV lifestyle, guide them through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll ever make, and provide industry‑leading training and support. Compensation: Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $150,000+ annually, with additional commissions. Ideal Backgrounds: Automotive Sales Retail Sales Furniture Sales Cell Phone/Wireless Sales Real Estate Business Development Inside or Outside Sales Service Advisor (Service Writer) Responsibilities: Assist customers throughout the repair and maintenance process, communicate with technicians, provide updates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Compensation: $30,000+ bonus and commissions, with an average total of $70,000–$85,000. Ideal Backgrounds: Automotive Service Advisor Powersports Service Writer Customer Service Representative Retail Management Hospitality Management Collision Center Advisor Service Coordinator RV Technician Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs while working in a team‑oriented environment.
