HR Shared Services Advisor Job Responsibilities Identifies HR and payroll questions and issues, develop solutions, and accurately document interactions within the HR System. Partners with HRBPs, payroll, and talent acquisition to escalated complicated tickets or concerns. Provides support for employee and leader transactions in Oracle. Maintains a detailed knowledge of HR processes. Reviews your work for quality, accuracy, and relevance. Ensures all employee information is kept strictly confidential. Collaborates in any other HR tasks or company projects.
