This exciting role offers a chance to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding. Prepare and present accurate service estimates and invoices to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience. Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends to provide informed recommendations. Utilize point-of-sale systems to manage transactions and customer records efficiently. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or automotive service advising preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
