Mobile Service Coordinator/Service Advisor
Malloy Ford of Alexandria is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator/Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll schedule and manage off-site service appointments and act as the main contact between customers and our technician. You’ll help ensure each service visit—whether at a home, business, or fleet location—runs smoothly and professionally.

Mobile Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for all mobile service customers
- Efficiently schedule and manage mobile service appointments
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and intake at customer locations as needed
- Clearly explain service needs, costs, and next steps to customers
- Record concerns, review work orders, and get approvals for extra work
- Follow up with customers after service is completed
- Help manage mobile service van inventory and readiness
- Coordinate closely with technicians and service team for smooth operations
- Promote dealership services and build strong customer relationships
Mobile Service Coordinator Qualifications:
- Experience as a service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Previous experience at an automotive dealership is preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with professionalism and accountability
- Familiarity with dealership software (DMS or CRM) is a plus
- Great Customer Satisfaction Index required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
