MRI Technologist Lead

Location: UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital: Fort Collins, CO Department: PVH MRI Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $42.01 - $58.82 / hour Summary Leads magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) team members by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Responsibilities Provides monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in the areas of productivity and quality management. Serves as a positive role model by working with team members to promote teamwork and cooperation. Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision‑making/problem solving. Performs responsibilities of the underlying job, and takes responsibility for or provides guidance to team members on handling complex or novel issues. Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision; must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and certified in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law. Minimum 2 years of experience. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, card in‑hand before start date.
