Shift Manager

Shift Manager – Layne's Chicken Fingers, Allen, TX At Layne's, we aim for a consistent, high-quality guest experience. The Shift Manager leads by example, coaches in the moment, and upholds our standards while making work fun. This role requires supervising daily operations to ensure fast, friendly, accurate service and a clean restaurant both front of house and in the kitchen. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Have an understanding of each position and their roles. Be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities. Able to complete manager functions on the POS. Labor management Work in a fast-paced environment Recognize coaching and teaching opportunities Operational awareness: know what is going on at all times Maintain positive interactions with guests and be present for guests and team Exceed expectations to uphold a clean restaurant in the front and kitchen Utilize company documentation and checklists to ensure every shift is PERFECT EVERY TIME Complete closing shift paperwork Hold themselves and others accountable Be a leader of a positive company culture Required Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Leadership – Leading by example Take pride in what you do and strive for Perfect Every Time (PET) Team builder Interpersonal skills Positive attitude Adaptable Ability to teach others Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of fast-food management experience Grab this job opportunity and move up in your career.
