responsibilities:

• Transfer, create, and design clinical labels in accordance with established regulatory requirements and source documents.
• Proofread label proofs with exceptional accuracy to ensure full compliance and consistency.
• Coordinate labeling documentation, approvals, and workflows with internal teams and worldwide affiliates.
• Manage assigned study labels independently while maintaining accurate data entry.
• Adjust daily priorities flexibly on short notice to support shifting business needs and labeling projects.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven data entry and document review experience with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new technical systems quickly.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly regulated (GMP/SOP) environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, English, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe software, Smartsheets, or Excel.
• Prior experience or background in label design.
