About the Role:

Salon Iaomo LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our team! If you love transforming clients' looks and creating an exceptional salon experience, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your craft in a welcoming and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments for a diverse clientele

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services

Apply hair color, highlights, balayage, and other color techniques with precision

Perform blowouts, updos, and specialty styling for everyday and special occasions

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health regulations

Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service

Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License required

Experience in haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques

Strong knowledge of hair care products and chemical services

Excellent communication and client consultation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Passion for the beauty industry and ongoing education

Bonus if you have Hair Replacement / extensions experience
