Who we are looking forState Street’s Alpha TIER Integration Services team is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in project management, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to create client solutions and execute implementation of the industry’s first ever front-to-back client servicing platform. The Product Manager for Alpha TIER is a senior leader role and candidate must possess skill in complex business data analysis with expertise in requirements gathering, business models and flows, documentation and data mapping; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams; the ability to work with external parties and applications connected to Alpha TIER; and strong collaboration skills.State Street Alpha combines our unique capabilities in data and analytics to better serve our clients and build relationship with clients. We offer client solutions and implementation services that give our clients new functional capabilities that help drive efficiencies and new technical capabilities. This includes performance and risk, investment accounting, compliance, construction, trading, collateral and the data platform and services to support everything across the front and back office.What you will be responsible forAs Alpha TIER Product Manager you willResponsible for designing solutions and onboarding new clients onto State Street’s front-to-back platformLead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and architectureLead creation and delivery of internal and client facing on boarding documents (client proposals, playbooks, resource and governance models, cost and revenue models)Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectations with client stakeholdersManage various stages of the on-boarding lifecycle (solution design, integration and testing, implementation and BAU hand over)Become a product and platform SME on State Street’s front-to-back platformSupport business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement and POC’s as neededProvide regular status updates and supporting project management reports as directedDrives the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenanceLeads issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation and the future state model based on the feedback providedEducation & Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher.5+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back office systems & services and Alpha data platform.Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability a plus (i.e. Bloomberg, CRD, BRS Aladdin, etc.)Client engagement and expectation management across project life cycleKnowledge of SDLC & Agile Methodology and tools (i.e. JIRA) a plusSalary Range:$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
