Account Director

About the Role We're hiring an Account Director to serve as the primary relationship owner for one of our marquee new hospitality clients. Hospitality and/or hotel brand experience is a must, because it’s what we specialize in. This is a hybrid role by design: you'll be the polished, senior presence the client trusts in the room, and you'll also be the one doing the work - there isn't a large team behind you to hand things off to. We need someone equally comfortable presenting to a prestigious client and rolling up their sleeves to execute the details personally. What You'll Do Serve as the day-to-day and strategic lead on the account, and the client's primary point of contact Represent the agency with the polish and judgment a high-profile hospitality client expects Personally drive the business, research, creative briefing, and campaign execution - this is a hands-on ownership role, not a delegate-and-oversee one Anticipate client needs and keep every workstream moving with strong organization and follow-through Ensure every deliverable reflects the caliber of the brand Partner directly with agency leadership on account growth and strategy What We're Looking For 5+ years of agency experience, with meaningful exposure to hospitality, hotel, or luxury lifestyle brands A track record of owning a senior client relationship end-to-end - comfortable being the most senior person in the room and the one executing the work Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presence Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed - this role does not come with a large support team Genuine interest in branding, marketing, and business growth What You'll Gain Full ownership of a marquee, high-visibility hospitality account from day one Direct collaboration with senior agency leadership on strategy and growth A highly curated, design-forward portfolio to build your career on Outsized impact in a small-to-mid-size agency where your work is seen and felt immediately A Note on Pace Our clients are premium hospitality brands, and occasionally that means responding outside standard hours when something time-sensitive comes up.
