Summary:
This role involves managing and stewarding data related to healthcare customers, including professionals and organizations. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. The successful candidate will ensure data quality and accuracy, manage duplicate records, and assist with data management functions within the team.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate duplicate records and ensure all required identifiers are listed on the consolidated records.
• Investigate potential affiliations between healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs).
• Address field force data change requests.
• Assist data management functions and organize multiple data sources.
• Conduct data quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) for various system releases.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to various team members.
• Communicate effectively with both written and verbal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of coursework towards a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, including creating and editing pivot tables, and using 'vlookup' and 'if' statements.
• Ability to work independently with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking and transitioning between assignments quickly.

Skills

• Experience in Customer Master and data analysis, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Health Industry Professional and Organization customer data (IMS Health HCPS/HCOS data).
• Experience with Informatica Data Systems and/or Veeva is a plus.
• Analytical background and experience working in a team environment.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.89 - $25.89/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
