The Store Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the store’s activities and operations. The Store Manager is responsible for the store’s overall performance. Key Responsibilites Ensure employees deliver prompt, courteous service and resolve customer complaints effectively. Maintain exceptional customer service standards, including greeting customers and answering questions. Support Co-Manager and Assistant Manager in personnel decisions and budget planning. Keep accurate records for price changes, merchandise usage, refunds, spoilage, and invoices per company policy. Enforce product rotation and maintain freshness and quality for maximum sales. Ensure shelves and coolers are fully stocked and faced according to standards. Monitor pricing competitiveness and adjust as needed. Build neat, well-signed displays that maximize sales and include tie-in merchandise. Control inventory to prevent overstock or understock and optimize ROI. Enforce store rules, company policies, and compliance with health and civil codes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred. 1+ year of management experience or equivalent education/training. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to adapt to changing needs and work under pressure. Basic math and reading skills.
