Professional sushi experience is strongly preferred. Compensation & Sign-On Bonus Our Sushi Chefs earn an average of $25 per hour (hourly base wage + tips). Now offering a $1,250 Sign-On Bonus! Bonus is payable after 90 days following successful completion of training. What You'll Do Prepare sushi with precision, consistency, and attention to detail in a high-volume kitchen. Work with premium ingredients while maintaining Uchibā's high culinary standards. Collaborate with an experienced culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following all food safety and quality standards. Continue developing your skills through coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning.
