I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent in Columbus, Ohio, seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys engaging with the public. Responsibilities

• Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options and solutions.
• Develop and refine the skills required to successfully manage and operate a business.
  Generate leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to effectively promote suitable products and services.
• Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve targeted marketing objectives.

Qualifications 

• In-person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships
• Effective team player with leadership capabilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License

Compensation

• Base pay $40,000 - $60,000
• Uncapped commission structure 
• Our top earners make over $100,000 annually
• Receive bonuses based on performance and agency goals
