Stock Coordinator

Responsibilities Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenish inventory, and provide product knowledge to guests. Take responsibility for daily stock‑room operations, ensuring shipping and supply levels are neat, orderly, and accessible for incoming and outbound products. Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures. Actively participate in all store‑related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory inquiries or discrepancies related to stock. Qualifications 2+ years of guest service and stock experience. Organized with a constant focus on efficiency. Strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers. Natural collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative. High school diploma or GED. Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business. Physical Requirements Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently. Climbing ladders frequently. Routine standing for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours). Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation Rate Range: $17.00 or minimum wage – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, knowledge, skill set, location, and budget.
