What You'll Do:

Deliver Comprehensive Patient Care

• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Work as Part of an Interdisciplinary Team

• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
• Communicate effectively with team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in shift handoffs, team huddles, and care conferences

Maintain Standards & Safety

• Follow hospital protocols, infection prevention procedures, and HIPAA compliance
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely patient records
• Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and clinical excellence

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
