New Business Coordinator

A nationally established business services organization is seeking a New Business Coordinator to support new account growth across the South Florida market. This is an office-based role responsible for identifying potential accounts by phone, connecting with the people who authorize service agreements, and coordinating confirmed meetings for the field sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending the day on the phone, brings a proven record in telephone-based selling or coordination work, and has the persistence to keep a full calendar of meetings booked week after week. Key Responsibilities: New Account Development Contact businesses across an assigned call list to identify new account potential Connect with the individual responsible for building service agreements Assess current arrangements and determine whether a genuine service need exists Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up Coordinate and confirm meetings for the field sales team with complete written notes Work inbound inquiries and reconnect with earlier contacts that went quiet Maintain accurate records of calls, results, and next steps in the sales tracking system Qualifications: 2+ years of telephone-based sales, coordination, or comparable dial-heavy experience Documented history of meeting or exceeding assigned targets Clear, articulate verbal communication and resilience through repeated refusals Strong organization and the ability to manage a full daily call schedule Working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and sales tracking platforms Conversational Spanish preferred On-site office setting within the South Florida area Extended periods at a desk and on the phone Active, conversational team setting with accessible leadership $27 – $30 per hour, plus commission and performance incentives Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time away and observed holidays Advancement potential into field sales or a supervisory role #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
