Job Overview Boutique, 30-employee law firm (2 locations) specializing in personal injury, immigration, and real estate law seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our rapidly growing practice. The candidate will manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate should have experience handling personal injury cases. Highly motivated, outgoing, dynamic personality, strong work ethic and attention to detail are desired traits in the candidate. Supplemental Pay & Benefits: In addition to the base pay - 20-25% of the attorney’s fees for all personal injury cases for which you ARE the procuring cause In addition to the base pay - 7-12% of the attorney’s fees for all personal injury cases for which you handle but ARE NOT the procuring cause Annual bonuses as determined by the firm 2 weeks (10) working days of Paid Time Off Paid holidays (at least 8 days) Paid CLEs, bar due, AILA dues 401(k) plan & matching Health insurance Opportunity to work in a close-knit firm that values a positive work environment and work-life balance Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year of personal injury experience, preferably in personal injury law at a Georgia based law firm, and candidates with prosecutorial experience are encouraged to apply Bilingual (English and any other language) is a plus Ability to handle a high caseload volume efficiently and effectively Strong negotiation skills Client focused with a compassionate approach to personal injury representation Admitted to practice law in the highest court in the state where barred (Georgia Bar admission preferred) and in good standing Must be able to oversee/manage the entire case from intake to completion Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims, from intake through resolution Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, legal research and depositions Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement demands Negotiate settlements and attend mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and other stakeholders Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Experience: Personal injury law: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
