Technical Support Engineer II

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting diverse client environments, the full-time remote Technical Support Engineer II will resolve complex technical issues, manage infrastructure systems, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities Resolve escalated support requests and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, and server-related problems Configure and support Windows Server environments and assist with networking and security tasks Provide guidance and mentorship to Level I technicians while collaborating with the technical team Required qualifications CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification required (must be obtained within 6 months of employment) Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls and Datto Networking Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and cloud services including Intune Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus
