Mobile Operations Manager

Job Description A client of Insight Global is transforming the locksmith industry with cutting edge robotics and mobile service technology. We’re looking for a Mobile Operations Manager to run a fully equipped mobile key cutting and programming van. Operate a mobile workshop van and travel to partner retail locations alongside 1-2 other technicians. Provide car key duplication & programming (standard, chip, fob, remote). Deliver exceptional customer service and solve real‑world problems quickly. Use a tablet/POS system to manage sales, inventory, and daily performance. Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace and be professional. Supervise 1-2 technicians and provide training and development as needed. Must Haves Experience programming and cutting car keys. Leadership experience (team lead, manager, supervisor, etc). Customer service mindset & strong communication. Comfortable working with and leading others. Tech-savvy with tablets/apps; mechanically inclined. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check. What We Offer Competitive pay + uncapped commissions.
